Workout #1 October 5-11

Here is the workout for this week. You can message us on this site to let us know how you did!

Daily Activities:
10 Push ups
30 Sit ups
30 second plank with your hands on a basketball

Windshield wiper with a basketball: 45 seconds each hand 3-5 times

Sitting in a chair and doing form one hand shooting (not too high that you will hit things) 30 seconds each hand 3-5 times

Please do these exercises every other day:
2 minutes of skipping
Pogo jumps for 30 seconds 15 times http://www.basketballhq.com/pogo-jumps/
Lunge jumps 6 of each leg so a total of 12 http://www.basketballhq.com/lunge-jumps/
2 minutes of skipping
